When you change your mind, you can change your life. I know because I've done it!
Back in 2010, my health began to decline. Chronic pain, unrelenting fatigue, migraines, and insomnia plagued my days. I cut back my workload, grateful I had the flexibility to do so, but it made no difference. I was on autopilot—waking, working, existing.
My GP offered little insight. His advice? “Take something for the pain and something to help you sleep.” I felt lost, tired, and hopeless.
One day, I stumbled across an article titled “Fibromyalgia: The Invisible Illness” . As I read, it felt like I was reading my own story reflected back at me from the page.
