Ashleigh is an Advanced Sports Dietitian & Accredited Practising Dietitian . She has worked for more than twelve years helping young athletes all the way up to Olympians improve their performance. Ashleigh has experience across a wide range of elite sports and also in the performing arts industry (dance/acting). Growing up as an elite swimmer and netballer, she in able to truly understand and connect with athletes on their journey to reach their potential.
