Casuarina Forsyth Dietitian

Casuarina is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and an ANZAED Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician who is deeply passionate about supporting clients to improve their relationship with food and their body.

She has a warm and compassionate approach to nutritional counselling, and she works through a weight-inclusive, trauma informed lens and is guided by the principles of Health at Every Size® and non-diet nutrition.

Treatment is client-centred and Casuarina strongly believes in the wisdom that individuals hold with regard to their bodies. Casuarina aims to provide a safe space to support individuals to explore their relationship with food, which is flexible and the focus is on the individuals’ needs and their readiness for making changes.
