Before I was a practitioner, I was the patient. I came from a background of chronic fatigue, years of feeling something was off, knowing it didn’t add up, and deciding that if no one else was going to figure it out, I would. So I went looking for answers.

I studied deeply. Experimented relentlessly. Pulled apart every pathway, every connection between gut, brain, hormones, and energy production. Once I started pulling threads, I couldn’t stop. My brain is wired for patterns, and that wiring is exactly what makes me good at what I do. I see the connections others may miss.

What surprised me most was that even the most complex biochemical problems often lead you back to the simplest truths, you can’t fix the intricacies without first addressing the foundations.
