Elevate Psychologists

Vyda S. Chai is clinical director and founder of Elevate Psychologists Sydney. She is a Fellow of the APS College of Clinical Psychologists and Clinical Supervisor for Psychology Board of Australia. She is registered with AHPRA and Medicare as a clinical psychologist.

Vyda has more than 20 years international experience in both private practice and hospital settings helping patients deal with emotional, behavioural, adjustment and clinical issues.

Vyda is trained in a number of therapies, including, CBT , DBT , Schema Therapy , EMDR , Reality / Choice Therapy and other mindfulness based therapie s. She is also certified to administer a wide range of psychometric tools for the clinical diagnosis of both adults and children.

Prior to Elevate Psychologists Sydney, Vyda was founder and clinical director of Think Psychological Services and Think Kids in Singapore.
