Led by experienced sports dietitians, we support athletes of all levels, from weekend warriors to elite professionals, with personalised, evidence-based nutrition advice. Our goal is simple: to help you perform at your best, recover faster and maintain your health for the long term.

Nicola is an Advanced Sports Dietitian and the founder of Embody Nutrition Consulting. Since establishing Embody in 2013, she has spent more than a decade helping clients define and achieve their health goals and perform at their absolute best. With extensive experience in professional sports nutrition, Nicola has a unique understanding of how to apply elite-level nutrition principles to help clients reach peak performance, whether in sport, professional careers or daily life. A Wollongong local, Nicola grew up immersed in rugby league and dance. She is married to an exercise physiologist, and together they are raising three young boys who share their parents’ love of sport. Naturally, her life is filled with all things health, fitness and wellbeing, though she lives by the principle of all good things in moderation.
