A mum of two and an Accredited Practising Dietitian specialising in Fertility, Prenatal Nutrition, and Gut Health.

I have a special interest in egg health, endometriosis, and helping women optimise their fertility through targeted nutrition . I support women who are trying to conceive or navigating endometriosis to make practical, evidence-based changes that nourish their bodies and improve their chances of conception.

But my path here hasn’t been without challenges.
