Kirsty is an expert in adverse food reactions (food allergies, food chemical sensitivities, FODMAP intolerances) and inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). She is qualified as an Accredited Practicing Dietitian with over 14 years of experience. Kirsty works across a number of locations in Sydney, including Australia's leading hospitals, The Royal Prince Alfred Hospital , St Vincent's Hospital Sydney , and Royal North Shore Hospital . She also works at Annandale General Practice in the inner west of Sydney and also provides private consults online. She provides consultations to clients via telehealth, telephone, or face-to-face in Annandale, Sydney. Kirsty is available for online mentoring to dietitians in the area of adverse food reactions, and also available for international consultations via Zoom.

Having food intolerances and coeliac disease herself, Kirsty recognises the important relationship between eating and health. Kirsty is passionate about providing accessible and evidence-based nutrition advice; empowering her clients to make food choices to help improve their health and relationship with food.
