Krystal is a member of Dietitians Association of Australia (Dietitians Australia, DA), and a Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician (Australia & New Zealand Academy for Eating Disorders, ANZAED). She obtained her Masters degree in Nutrition and Dietetics at The University of Sydney (USYD), after completing a Bachelor of Medical Science with Honours in Transplant Immunology (UWA) and Bachelor of Medical Sciences (USYD). With the completion of clinical training at The Children’s Hospital at Westmead and Royal Rehabilitation Centre, she has experience in working with all age groups from infancy to elderly.

Krystal enjoys working with individuals and families, to discover realistic and feasible ways to achieve their health goals. She believes that everyone has the ability to lead a healthier lifestyle (even in our busy society!). Her approach in eating healthy is through enjoying every part of the journey, from learning to embracing. She can help you become more knowledgeable and skilled to identify and knockdown barriers that you might be facing.

In her free time, she involves herself in different lifestyle activities to engage with the community. A few favourites of hers are yoga, pottery, and hiking.
