Our practice provides a client-centred approach in assisting you to reach your wellbeing goals. With a focus on behaviour change and using tailored lifestyle modification, we can assist you in optimising nutrition, exercise and mental health. All our clinicians have a special interest in eating disorders and have engaged in (and continue to engage in) additional training in this field.

Our Dietitians and Nutritionists at Lifestyle Consultations have completed University level education and training and are accredited members with Dietitians Australia .
