Anthony founded me&my wellness with a simple belief: when you treat the whole person, not just their symptoms, you unlock the possibility for genuine, lasting wellbeing.

As a child and teenager, Anthony spent years being passed between specialists, prescribed quick fixes that never addressed the root of his ongoing health issues. Constant illness left him feeling unheard and disempowered — and it sparked an early determination, from the ripe age of 9 to understand the body, mind and wellbeing on a deeper level.

A curiosity that became a 40-year pursuit of evidence-based wellbeing. That lived experience fuels the foundation of me&my.
