Our team is led by Associate Professor John McGuinness, an internationally trained and respected ENT surgeon dealing with all conditions of the Ear Nose and Throat and the Head and Neck for both adults and children. Team A/Prof John McGuinness ENT Surgeon Dr Jo Anaesthetist Dr Sanjay Satchi Anaesthetist Chantelle Practice Manager Ear Nose Throat, Head and Neck Surgeon Associate Professor John McGuinness A/Prof John McGuinness, FRACS is an internationally trained, highly respected and experienced surgeon dealing exclusively with conditions of the Ear Nose and Throat and Head and Neck for both adults and children. A/Prof McGuinness has worked in some of the world’s leading specialist hospitals, including the Royal Marsden Hospital in London. He is currently the lead ENT Surgeon in the Multidisciplinary Head and Neck Cancer Clinic at Liverpool Public Hospital; the largest teaching hospital in Australia, where he has also established a ground breaking Multidisciplinary Voice and Airway Clinic, the first of its kind in New South Wales. He is also a Visiting Medical Officer at St George Public Hospital and The Chris O’Brien Lifehouse at RPA. He is a respected author and speaker and presents regularly at local, state and international meetings. He is among the first ENT surgeons in Australia to be accredited to perform Robotic Surgery of the head and neck. He is a pioneer and advocate for minimal access and endoscopic approaches to head and neck cancers. We have rooms at Kogarah, and Gregory Hills. Operating is carried out at St George Private Hospital, Lifehouse and Campbelltown Private Hospital along with our new facilities at The George Centre. Bsc(Med) MBBS FANZCA Dr. Jo "Dr Jo" is a senior specialist anaesthetist and Director of Anaesthesia at Campbelltown Hospital. She graduated from the University of New South Wales and completed her training at Liverpool Hospital and Royal Prince Alfred Hospital. Her interests are paediatric anaesthesia, ENT/head and neck/airway surgery, and high risk obstetric anaesthesia. MBBS FANZCA Dr Sanjay Satchi Dr Sanjay Satchi is an expert anaesthetist with over 15 years of experience as a Consultant in ENT Anaesthesia. He has a particular expertise in the management of difficult airways and head and neck cancer. He is also a leading member of the Pain Management team at Liverpool Hospital, one of New South Wales' busiest teaching hospitals. Practice Manager Chantelle Chantelle is our practice manager and is responsible for coordinating all of our day to day operations. She has extensive experience in all aspects of running a modern and innovative surgical practice. Hers is the first face you will see when you come to our practice.
