Natasha Fayle Nutrition

My name is Natasha Fayle. I am an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) and Health Coach with additional training in  Exercise Physiology. I am also a mother of 3. I hold a Masters degree in Nutrition, Dietetics and Exercise Rehabilitation from The University of Wollongong (2006). Natasha Fayle Nutrition is an online Telehealth practise specialising in weight loss and Type 2 Diabetes management. My aim is to teach people who are struggling with their weight or diabetes how to control these conditions via eating real food. I am a firm believer that the dietary guidelines do NOT work for people with health conditions. I promote a lower carbohydrate approach to eating that focusses on ample protein, vegetables and healthy fats and avoids grains and processed foods without starving! I also support people on GLP1 medications to optimise their nutrition and manage side effects.
