Hi, my name is Nicky and I am a qualified Nutritional Therapist working in Sydney's CBD.

I help men and women over 40 to figure out what to eat.

Something changes when we hit 40. Weight gain accelerates, muscle and joint injuries niggle, and blood markers start to move in the wrong direction. Knowing what to do is difficult. Regular healthcare providers suggest 'eating better and moving more' but most people have already tried this and it hasn't helped or it has made things worse!

Nutrition is incredibly powerful, but the power of nutrition is only unlocked when you identify the right diet for you . There is no single 'right diet' for everyone. T his is why there are so many 'nutrition myths', 'diet wars' and 'fights' about which is 'the best diet.' My job is to help you identify your 'right' diet. I then help you to stay motivated and accountable to that diet over time. For many, getting help with this process provides hugh relief from what can be a significant mental burden.
