Hi, I’m Gloria – Accredited Practising Dietitian & Founder of Nutrition Savvy . I decided to become a dietitian as a result of my own health and wellness journey. I grew up in a family that loves food and cooking homemade meals which inspired my interest in this area. I battled with weight gain during early childhood and this inspired me to study to become a dietitian and help others in their health, nutrition and wellness journey. I absolutely love what I do and am ready to help you.

I created Nutrition Savvy because I see too many people feeling overwhelmed, confused, or unsupported when it came to their health and nutrition. Nutrition shouldn’t feel complicated or restrictive.

I focus on helping you build habits you can maintain for life – not short term fixes.

Through convenient telehealth consultations, I support patients all across Australia to feel more confident with food, their bodies, and their health.
