I’m an Accredited Practicing Dietitian (APD) and Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician (CEDC-D). My practice offers a compassionate space to explore various nutrition-related concerns.

I have a special interest in eating disorders across the lifespan, neurodiversity-affirming support for food and eating challenges. optimising nutrition for premenstrual dysphoric disorder and during perimenopause, and malnutrition associated with age-related degenerative disorders

I am passionate about helping people feel less stressed when making decisions around food and eating. I believe we all deserve to have a positive, healthy relationship with food and our body.

Our time together will be guided by the Health at Every Size® (HAES®) principles and non-diet approach to healthcare. This approach supports your pursuit for health and wellbeing without focusing on weight and body size. Instead we look at making health promoting behaviour changes to support your unique requirements.
