I graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Science (Nutrition & Psychology) and a Master of Nutrition and Dietetics.

I value having a positive relationship with all foods and with eating itself. Although some may consider it a mundane aspect of everyday living, it truly does shape the way we feel, both physically and emotionally, throughout the entire day.

Sometimes it feels like health information is always being thrown at us (thank you social media!) and we are never doing enough, but my way of aiding is by listening. After all, a healthy habit is one we can enjoy and maintain in the long-term. You won’t find me asking you to do hours of meal prep on top of a busy schedule, or to cut out your favourite foods.
